Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are made to order, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos showing the issue
Include your order number in your message
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will fix it. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size ordered
Preference-based issues (fit, color tone, style)
Wear and tear or misuse

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
